160 El Camino Real is a 9,811 square foot unentitled vacant lot in San Bruno with a proposed 3-story hotel project. The site is in the general commercial zoning. The proposed project calls for the construction of a three-level, approximately 19,107 square foot, boutique hotel that will provide 28 guestrooms and a one-level underground garage with 23 vehicle stalls. Once operational, the proposed hotel would prove a free shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the San Francisco International Airport.
