With conflicts bubbling all over the world and the US and EU mired in debt I think we’re in for a rough ride in the medium term and we would have been regardless of the election outcome. But at least we don’t have someone who can’t speak coherently without reading off a teleprompter trying to deal with it. Kamala is both vicious and stupid. 92% of her vice presidential staff either quit or were fired.
Voters deserve the country they voted for. If women don’t care about losing rights, not sure what more we can do as men. Same with Latinos who don’t care about mass deportation of their fellow friends and relatives.
Saw many Hamas sympathizers voted for Trump up in Michigan. Now I am very interested to see what Israel will do in the next four years.
Usually you won’t get to like everything about any candidate. You have to pick and choose what matters to you the most.
Harris is essentially the symbol of DEI. If elected she would have been the biggest beneficiary of DEI policies of all time. The voters have spoken that they don’t like DEI and don’t want to be led by a minority woman who really doesn’t have much to show for other than being at the right places at the right time to benefit from DEI. Those woman voters have shown that this is more important than losing reproductive rights in some ways. Maybe over the next 4 years it will become worse and those woman voters will regret, but for now it does not appear to be as important.
For Latinos I think it’s an even less of a problem. The immigration problem is the primary issue that sunk the Dems in my view, and it probably doesn’t matter who is on the ticket for the Dems. Voters said they don’t want open borders and if you support open borders you are out. It’s that simple.
One piece of analysis I read is that the working class is tired of the coastal elites telling them what’s right and what’s wrong. They don’t want to be noble like the elites and they mostly only care about their own benefits. Trump’s America first policies play right into that.

If those Latinos are voters and therefore US citizens the last thing they want is open borders. Competition for jobs and rif raff from the countries they left. Huge miscalculation for the Dems.
As for the Somalies in Michigan - The Dems have become the party of war. If you escaped from a war torn country how would you vote?
And most women are more worried about a right to affordable groceries than abortion if that’s what you’re getting at. Plus Trump has taken a lot of heat from conservatives for saying each state should decide it and the Feds should stay out of it.
All I am saying is, sometimes one needs to think BIGGER PICTURE than how their pocket book is impacted. Hell, I am sure I made money from the last two days of stock market gains, but am I happy the moron won??? NO!!!
