With terrific weather this week in the Bay Area, set up perfectly for the Super Bowl, San Francisco will be splashing across tvs around the world this sunday. How much you wanna bet San Francisco scenes of cable cars, water views, chinatown, etc will be shown MORE than anything from pathetic San Jose or Santa Clara??? We are back, and frankly you losers lost out again…
Never, ever, count old San Francisco money out. Yeah, so we let our guard down a tad there with the lax crime laws (shoot, every city even NY now is in that mode of gang thefts) and homelessness but we have a great mayor doing a smash up job.
SF is just awash with AI money pouring in. This spring RE season should be epic. I may have to start a new thread, Sunset Homes Breaching $3M!!! LOL
