Maybe but Pacaso is an extremely bad idea on many levels. Basically a Ponzi scheme designed to get gullible investors to pay more than retail for a 1/8 interest they can never sell. A lawyers wet dream. We forced them off the MLS in Tahoe. They tried advertising them as sfhs. When they are just another timeshare scheme… timeshares are the worst investment ever. Just another internet scam.
