I know many BA people turn their nose on Stockton, but it’s really not a bad place to live. This 3/2.5/1800 house only costs $400K, less than a down payment in Sunnyvale for example, with swimming pool, huge lot and water access. When we finally have driverless cars or it’s acceptable to work remotely via telepresence many may choose to settle in Stockton and Sac.
