For portfolio lending rental home, loan value appx 1M.
I am getting a quote of 5.125% fixed 30 years with LTV 70% plus cost %5000 cost
If it is 75% LTV, it is 5.5% for 30 year fixed with no cost or 5.375% with $4000 cost
I understand primary gets 4.75% while investment gets 0.5% higher.
Is this current norm? where can I check for such rate/comparison?
