Bought for 700k and now it’s over 3500 finished and only took a year wow !
It was a vacant lot that sold for 700K. It’s much more involved than a vanilla flip.

What’s your estimate? Looks like a lot of the soft costs is already included in the 700k purchase price?
At 3500 Sf built from ground up, $400 per sf would make it a loser. I think their cost is more closer to $250 per sf, what do Guys think?
