Considering the population size, Nevada is #1 in term of percentage of California intake

Above doesn’t include International immigration (or births) I believe. Once you add that, CA has a net population add.

Isn’t CA 40M population? 140K/40M= .0035 population decrease. Pretty low, and probably not coming from the cities, but to the cities.
