East side is not so great, but not for this price ! East side is changing, see from the price of new condos. New 2bed condo is selling at 999k and 3bed condo ranges from 1.024M to 1.254M (size 1963 sqft).
This home structure has 1800 sqft at 771k level. Checked already with my realtor, he said this is cash only buy. Builders will take this one, easily make 200k at current market depending on competition. Quick money, 3-4 months project for a seasoned builder/contractor/investor.
Watch out for settement issues and freeway noise…improving neighborhood
