This was the home, I bid highest $860K during 2011, but withdrew accepted offer after learning “No Internet”, finally sold $820k.
This was recently listed for 1.75M, some flipper bought it and Relisted at 2.375M within few months.
Exact 2006-7 scenario happens now.
The current flipper will learn a big lesson here, esp this home !
That flip group does not know local real estate…it seems. Home is very nice, but location is not (Not RBA).
