Looked into it a little more and my speculation is that apart from views that have to be 2x+ area average, ratio of list price to Redfin estimate is an input.
You are probably right, second home above became hot home now, it took longer than the first one (higher view count and fav count) maybe coz first home might make average higher.
Did you have open house this weekend? How’s the traffic?

Yes, 1-5pm both days. Traffic was average (~15 visits per day) for current conditions in Cupertino market. No more stampedes!
