Interesting read. Keep an eye on the TSLA shares Elon pledged to banks as loan collateral. Also, TSLA has been trading within a band for many years but rocketed up in the last 12 months or so.
Tesla is the biggest con in history. Musk built the company with government tax credits. Puffed up the stock valuation with non existing Chinese backing. And now has no money. Can’t make any cars thanks to SIP. He will make Enron look like child’s play.
Btw Ruger has taken off. Lots of people buying guns. A true bear indicator. Watch out for a W recovery. Stocks will crash soon.
I am not trying to make you jealous. I have lost plenty in this Rona shit show.
I am trying to warn you all. People buying guns and gold is not a good thing, although you can profit from our collective misery.
Any industry or activity that cannot stand without taxpayers subsidy or guaranteed purchase by government is a net economic destroyer. All green energy will fall into that category. Do not know if any can stand in free market on its merit and value add.
Maybe he learned from his friend?
So it would have cost the government 3-4x more to do the work themselves. That’s not surprising. I don’t get how anyone can advocate for more government.

SpaceX has about 8,000 employees, most of whom are at the company’s Los Angeles area headquarters or its facilities at Cape Canaveral, Florida or near Austin, Texas. Although SpaceX has some land under lease in the Port of Los Angelesfor Starship development, Musk’s email implied that the company is seeking to incentivize employees to move to Texas from California and Florida.
“For those considering moving, we will always offer a dedicated SpaceX aircraft to shuttle people,” Musk wrote.
SpaceX owns and operates at least one private jet, as the company has charged Tesla for use of the aircraft as recently as the first quarter of 2020. But the extraordinary relocation offer underlines how crucial Musk sees the Starship project. The company’s Boca Chica team is already working nearly around the clock but Musk wants more, urging SpaceX employees to help Starship development progress even more quickly.
“I invested in Twitter as I believe in its potential to be the platform for free speech around the globe, and I believe free speech is a societal imperative for a functioning democracy,” he said in the filing. “However, since making my investment I now realize the company will neither thrive nor serve this societal imperative in its current form.”
LOVE IT!!!
EM is a politician. He knows his audience. Don’t work on me because I am not his target audience.
$100B company and he offers $43B or $54.20/share?
He is very manipulative. Try to force management of TWTR to sell the company cheap to him.
And he’s getting other suitors lined up too
