He would earn a very bad reputation. Future acquisitions would be difficult. CEOs and WS won’t trust him. My thought is he wanted to fire the BoD who have forced Jack Dorsey to resign.
If he bought the whole company then there won’t be a BoD. He would be the boss and no one else.
Personally I think it’s a negotiation tactic. He will still eventually buy Twitter but at a lower price. Let’s see.
