I don’t mind the tracking. Well targeted ads are relevant information.

FB could only track you if this site contained tracking scripts/pings.

I think I did searches for real estate investment platforms, so my Facebook knows about it. (Also I am a real friend of @manch, so Facebook knows that too :wink:)

The move-in homes are selling at 2M+ range here. This may need 75k-100k work. If someone gets below 1.725M, they are lucky as they can easily make it move in and flip to 2.1M

This is the home I bid for it, matched counter at 1.525m, but someone gave 25k additional to grab this spot.

Researched further about buyers, looks like they sold this home (nice profit, but got this home now)

I guess Booksin elementary is the best area in Willow Glen (from test score and low_income % perspective).
Given the location and lot size, I guess it was reasonable deal.
I assume seller will tear down this home and rebuild.
