Chinese population would stop declining if the one-child per family policy was removed.

No on mentioned Hispanic population. I’m guessing it’s also declining, but not as fast as the white.
Basic rule. The richer the country and the more educated the women the lower the growth rate.

Which is why NGOs focus on putting schools into 3rd world countries.
In all honesty, if we want to increase the birth rate of higher educated women, we should go back to only allowing one income to be counted towards a mortgage. Of course, it’d have to be phased in gradually so that the housing prices don’t drop in half, but that’d allow more financial flexibiilty for a family member to be home with kids or women to take time off from work.

In all honesty, I prefer allow one man two wives. One to take care of the home and children, one go to earn money and attend functions/ party with husband.

The Soviet Union keep Muslim extremists at bay. America was so worried about communism they didn’t know the alternative could be worse. Afghanistan was a classic example of how stupid Americans are in global politics.
Americans are actually very smart in global politics. The current world order is created by Americans.
What about a couple without kids?
There is no reason for society to discourage double income for dink couple. Then, they wouldn’t be subject to such restriction. This will discourage well educated woman to have children then.
I don’t think any government policy can control human desire for success.
