The YouTube video says that the foreign women find western men too carefree, Korean/Japanese men too rigid, so Chinese men are preferable. Also, it seems easier for these women to immigrate to China than the US

These guys were too clever by a half. Uprooted their Chinese AI startup to Singapore to escape Chinese authority oversight and then sold to Meta a few months later. And they were naive enough to return to China thinking nothing will happen to them.
Chinese companies were investable from 2000 to maybe 2018 solely because China had good relationships with the West, aka the US. After Xi turned hostile to the West that’s no longer the case. That’s why I still think China is uninvestible today. You can make good money sometimes with trading Chinese equities. But for long term investment I don’t think they are good options.
