These Asians are stupid if they think they can reverse the trend. infact by protesting they advertized themselves that they are rich.
These are the rich Chinese from mainland China and rich Koreans from South Korea. Some may be rich Chinese from Hong Kong 
who love to protest/ riot.
Even the most woke people out there donât want the homeless housed next them. Theyâll vote yes every time on housing for the homeless. Then theyâll protest against it being near their own home. I honestly donât get how those people rationalize things in their head.

The problem arises because the left treats homeless people as normal people and wants state to settle the homeless people among the ordinary people. I get an impression that most homeless people are mentally sick people with no marketable skill who have been abandoned by their kith and kin. If the homeless people are not capable of living their life on their own, how will they live among civilized people?
Hey, the left is only trying to help. The right is even worse - they let a mentally ill guy take over and squat in the White House for 4 years, and he had to literally be kicked out kicking and screaming. Now I hear he is sort of homeless in FL in a resort town that does not want him.

The problem lies on giving too much rights and entitlements to everybody even if they are criminals. Cost of maintaining a prison is high*. Homeless should be given better treatment than a criminal, hence housing and feeding a homeless would be even more expensive. Best way is just let them roam around and hopefully they would die recover.
*Not accounting for cost of security when comparing with homeless.
Everyone laughs at the leftâs proposed solution for homelessness. But what about the rightâs? Lock every homeless person in prison at the cost of 100K a year?
Root of the problem is NIMBYism. Itâs a bipartisan disease. Just look at the pushback against abolishing SFH zoning.

Statistically, the homeless are some combination of addict, mentally ill, or felon. Thatâs how they got in that situation. Seattle has closed homeless camps and offered them help. The last time 29/30 refused and chose to remain homeless.
The cheapest solution would be house them in places with very low cost of living. Expecting tax payers to fund living in expensive cities is insane. If the argument is they should be close to their family, then let their family house them.
Many of them chose being homeless over help. Overly sympathetic policies enable this behavior.

And if you look at the amount of money our governments are throwing at them collectively, itâs hard to believe that the part of the homeless population that would prefer not to stay homeless are still not getting enough help. If that were still true, then the only explanation is the money we are spending did not reach the intended targets somehow, but nobody bothers to investigate why since it will lead to some inconvenient truth that goes against certain narrative.

In the Seattle area, the spending is over $100k/yr for each homeless person when you add up federal, state, county, city, and private sources. The idea that lack of funding is the issue is just people creating a homeless industrial complex to boost their own power and influence.
