Bitcoin is building up a mania which precedes a steep fall. Just don’t know when that will happen. Will it hit $90-100k and then fall, or will it do so next week? Who knows?
Bitcoin movement is a risk-on/off indicator for stock market. Bitcoin surging means market is in a risk-on mood. Bitcoin falls mean risk off.

So you guys think Bitcoin and stocks are all building up for one giant Santa Claus rally thru the end of the year, after which they will all fall in Jan/Feb 2022?
Re-evaluate between Christmas to first week of Jan.

but doesn’t matter. Currently there is an irrational fear that fiat money will become worthless, banks are not to be trusted and governments are not trustworthy. Hiding money in a place where it’s value would not depreciate or better still increase in value when there is a currency or financial crisis. Cryptos meet the bill.

Thought so when Eth was introduced but too lazy to do any deep dive. When I am free, need to examine the EW picture and throw in $50k… buy ETHE, has a coinbase account (open it when I plan to buy BTC around $2k-$3k) by too troublesome to switch trading platform from ToS to Coinbase just to buy n hold Etherum coin… ETHE good enough, right?
I think Webull and RH are good to trade. I do that to trade in/out of stocks and crypto. I use coinbase pro to infuse cash quickly, but keep long term in voyager, etc. Retirement is all GBTC, ETHE and COIN.
ETHE is valued close to nav but liquidity is bit lacking for trading (had problem selling quickly at some point).

This is what happens when there is an extreme limited supply compared to the total liquidity. I think it goes both ways.
