Don’t work too hard, I did see you posting pictures of pain medications after your day’s work. Definitely a stressful situation. I see you’ve commented on this forum maybe @25 times since this morning. Maybe the psychological side of the pain needs some addressing.
Thank @Roy321 . I’m okay. It was just some Tiger Balm/BioFreeze (kinda like Icy Hot), and Bengay. I was not to used to using those muscles all day. I work the wok station, primarily. I cook at home all the time but not used to wok-ing it out for 6/7 hours. Heck even just prepping for couple of hours is tiring for the hand. I am working 4/5 days now instead of my desired 2/3 days to help cover for a coworker but that should dial down soon.
I’m getting the hang of it now. I don’t even use those stuff anymore but I do sleep way earlier now since I’m so beat after a day of work.
As for posting way too much in this forum, I agree. But I just like sharing what I read but I agree it’s a bit too much spam sometimes. I need more hobbies. The cooking job is a way to get out of the house so I just don’t sit at home and look at stocks and forums all day! I’ll do better.
Like I tell all of my buddies/coworkers, come visit me in Malaysia once I get settled in (either a highrise condo with min 2-3 bedrooms) or I buy a spread of land to build a custom home. You can watch other people cook as you stuff your face with wonderful hawker foods!!! I stayed engaged with my poker group by playing online from Langkawi on a lazy mid-day Sunday there. Internet worked fine…
Re your comment on how much is due to value of USD, that too is tied to which countries investors think have a better future. Weak economies tend to have weak currencies, other things being equal.
I voted against 26 (and 27) but specifically because if tribal lands are really sovereign nations, I don’t see how I can vote for anything that says that California can tax them or make them pay regulatory costs. They should be able to do whatever the heck they want and California shouldn’t be able to stop them.
“Tribal casinos could offer in-person sports betting, roulette, and games played with dice (such as craps) if permitted by individual tribal gambling agreements with the state. Tribes would be required to support state sports betting regulatory costs at casinos. People and entities would have a new way to seek enforcement of certain state gambling laws.”
Or is the tribal lands thing just in New Mexico? I know at least there, they are able to refuse anyone crossing their land on the highway and in fact, they have been known to make shipments of nuclear waste go the long way around.
