When did you know we have a pandemic? I knew back in late December. Everyone in China, Taiwan and HK knew by mid January.

Is CIA still functioning? Do they have anyone who reads Chinese? Well even English is fine as HK media already reported it widely by January. I find it highly unlikely American intelligence somehow missed something everybody in East Asia knew since early January.

If so disband CIA as well.

Spy agencies like the CIA and FBI have outlived their utility in the current form. They need to be reoriented.
