They donât in hk, but ppl donât go and cost is way more than operating with loss, some change to become to go only and some closes down until further notice

In Daegu, where the outbreak happened, they set up the system where restaurants shared all leftover ingredients and dishes available with customers. Then, people started to order available dishes and most of them got sold out. However, the food delivery service through mobile app has been very popular in Korea and Daegu is also densely populated city. Hence, i am not sure same idea is applicable here.
