I automatically ignore reviews that mentioned service or “ambience”. Not important at all. In fact I avoid pretentious places with great ambience.

Yea, I thought original price is good enough to attract since most of the houses were selling around 1.1M - 1.2M. They changed after 11 days so they are not getting any offer?
The LA initially posted this too close to President’s Day weekend. Maybe some people were away and couldn’t attend the open house so less offers than expected most likely.
