Daly City Rocking The Overbids

I automatically ignore reviews that mentioned service or “ambience”. Not important at all. In fact I avoid pretentious places with great ambience.

Ok. I will give it a try. Do they serve dim sum everyday? Trying to avoid crowds.

Yes. Ask for their homemade chili sauce. It’s da bomb.

Oh my! Wifey likes spicy. :hot_pepper:

It’s not that spicy but they put radish in their chili sauce which makes it delicious

Yes they do, it’s bright inside, but just go when they open at 11am, they get busy on weekdays too

Wow, price drop. What happen here?

Rocking the UNDERBIDS

Pretty nice house too. Maybe trying to attract more buyers?

Yea, I thought original price is good enough to attract since most of the houses were selling around 1.1M - 1.2M. They changed after 11 days so they are not getting any offer?

Time to grab it @myo.

The LA initially posted this too close to President’s Day weekend. Maybe some people were away and couldn’t attend the open house so less offers than expected most likely.

Patrick Lam (if the same) sells in the Sunset too with Joanna Zhang(?). I seem to recall their pics in the postcards I get…

Still time to grab it…

Patrick Lam is eating Winnie Kwong’s lunch in Daly City that’s for sure. Winnie was supposed to be the new Jason of DC…

Wait, someone is actually as successful and dominant as The Machine? No, no way…

Lam is buying shitload of ads on Zillow, and it shows.

I bought my home off Skyline, so this hits close to home. Do you guys think this is worth $1.035M? One of the famous Henry Doelger cookie cutter houses.

I think the previous sale was a much better deal ($520k fixer back in 2014).

You’re right, wow, >500k investment

time changed. everything is mil+ . can’t look back
