Elon Musk is selling his LA house for $4.5 million

Elon Musk, the billionaire co-founder of Tesla TSLA, -0.56% and SpaceX, has listed a four-bedroom, midcentury-modern home in Brentwood, Calif., for $4.49 million, Forbes reports.

Musk, who boasts a $21.1 billion net worth, and his now-ex-wife, Talulah Riley, purchased this 3,000-square-foot property for $3.69 million in 2014. It’s one of several homes Musk owns in Los Angeles.

I like Gavinator’s Kentfield house much better. 1.5M more expensive.
