Time to get it out there. Some of you probably assume it based on some questions I asked or my stand. It is a huge drop which sucks, but we all feel good about long term though.

20% drop is nothing to get excited about. Itās merely retracting back to the price from 2-3 months ago. Big deal. Itās more of an emotional booster for the ābottomā fishers.

20% is 160b$ or something ridiculously high. itās something. itās 5000 PA home at 3M each (you canāt find that many).
