Forget Mission Impossible, I'M Waiting For Crazy, Rich Asians!

Freebie for the crazy broke Asians:

Even if it’s free I don’t want to watch it, how sad

How dare you!!

I scrolled down too fast, but I could read somebody mentioning the non desirable word “yellow”. I have been on this forum for long, and you guys, the yellows, Or should I say “Asians” haven’t participated, or expressed your opinion for the straight forward attack against my Hispanic people, and along, the “blacks-browns”.
Is it because you endured the same chit years back, or you feel that you will be untouchable when the Nazis or the KKK fulfill their dream of exterminating with anybody non-white?
I recently, last week actually, watched a Hopalong Cassidy episode. He went back to Mexico because Chinese people were found dead on the side of this border. It stroke my curiosity that he could be addressing illegal immigration from China, but there it was, the movie date, 1960.

Perhaps this is telling me there’s discrimination among we all immigrants. It is pushing me to tell you of the casual conversation I had with a Filipino lady when I told her that in my block there were some other people from her former country. Her reply? Well, they are from the South-North.

Jesus! We complain of discrimination from the KKK or the Nazis, when we are doing it to ourselves.

OK maybe @harriet should not go.

One user criticized the film for its lack of authenticity, comparing it to Americanized Chinese food. “As a native Asian, I feel it’s like eating General Tso’s chicken in a Chinese restaurant” in a foreign country, chimed in someone in Los Angeles who goes by the moniker Durian Cake Brother (link in Chinese). “It looks like a film about Asians, but the spirit of it is American. The leading actress is an ABC. The story is about how Asians look in the eyes of the Americans.”

Told you it’s Panda Express.

I’m gonna watch this Twinkie show tomorrow!!!

Or should I say later today…

Aaah, The Man sees the light…

You guys are such haters! Come on now. It’s not a bad romcom.

I guess your 2 hours are too precious… I have plenty of time burn. It was better than me watching Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives on reruns all day.

Lastly, there is nothing wrong with Panda Express. Do I go there? Not really but I’m glad to see an Asian-owned chain kicking butt. Wish I can see more huge Asian owned Viet, Korean or Japanese businesses/chains across America.

The naysayers can say what they want, but it is pathetic to see our own peeps ripping on an actually decent movie. How can you even have an opinion if you didn’t even watch it? John Chu probably doesn’t care, he is laughing all the way to the bank with this one and he has a sequel already in the works. Well played, Ken and John, well played… (to take it away from Netflix and go mainstream Hollywood) Cha-ching!!!

I can list numerous examples, be it food, internet provider, etc. :grinning:

Two hours are better spent at other restaurants than at Panda, not to mention that there is a new episode coming out every weekend for the anime series I’ve been following. Rated R though so don’t let kids watch at home :tv:

Everybody has forgotten about “Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle” already? Isn’t it an Asian movie too? I saw that one and loved it.

Come on, Ms. Millennial, just watch it and you will cry like all of us…

The movie sounds like a chick flick. My favorite movie with a Chinese lead character… Up in Smoke. Well
Tommy Chong is only half Chinese

Hey, a lot of NON ASIANS liked it!!!

This thread is becoming CNN. Here’s something to balance it out:
