I guess you are right - too many mom and pop stores nearby, but there seems to be some new townhomes there.

Also, there is that huge vacant lot behind the house. They can’t build houses there, so definitely something that reduces value.

Good catch! It’s backing elementary school and next to it is a high school. Never knew they would effect the price so much in this kind of market.

Same agent double ended the deal could be reason price was lower.
