Fremont <1.5M still very hot

I don’t think the seller would settle for <$1M, because he/she’d be losing money flipping this property…

Heard Haidilao is coming to Fremont. Meet fresh is already there. What more do you need?

Meet Fresh is opening at Serramonte in a few weeks

Their loss is your gain.

Try it with whatever value you think as a good deal. I made lots of offers with e-sign.
Only time i spent was on reviewing disclosure package. These days, it is so easy to make an offer.

Ok, cute small house that is similar to mine in Fremont. Let’s see what the current marketplace says… (Please say over $900k!!!)

Damn, another pretty cheap one in Fremont…

So market is soft?

I wouldn’t say that yet, since these are newly listed properties in an up and coming part of Fremont. I just happened to want to see them (since overdose of Kavanaugh is no good for your health) and think these would provide some updated indication of what the market is saying at the lower end.

Well, I blame Redfin… I had this house tracked as a Fav and Redfin said it sold (technically) at a small gain from the LP.

Geez, sold for 750K…

What’s the deal here? They increased price by $200K after 20 days in market.
