No that is not what i meant, im sorry. 3br 2ba on 1200sqft is small, it would feel packed. Otherwise lit size is great, and has room for addition. Im sorry if it came wrong way.
If it helps my apology, me and wife lived in 750sqft apt for 6 years.

1,200 sf is enough for me. Don’t want anything bigger than 1,800 sf and hear my own echo.

I think 1500 for 3b is good.
And yes you dont need a mansion. Neither do i.

No. The person flipped it in a 3-month period and listed in August (my initial post). Then somehow that got deleted and relisted again this week.

You can make an offer under asking price probably?
$2800 rent seems low but you are looking for the new primary home, right?
Then, rental estimation won’t matter to you.
