OMG, the truth comes out…you’re actually Manch’s wife posting right???
Let the guessing game begin. 1.5?
Sure, or less since it was such a dog (any property in the Fab 7x7 sells within a week or two right?)…let’s pray with the owners that the loan comes through…
C’mon. 1.5 is cheap for that location.
If that were true, then this would have easily sold a long time ago. Someone should have/would have offered 1.5 back then yet here we are…
For this price, I would accept the 4…
Yes, Mr. Jason Chan is the agent…again
Jason should not cross 19th. This one is so underpriced it’s evil.
The Man is a machine…
Jason should open his own practice. Why is he still sticking with this Barbagelata place?
Actually, this is the smart move. My neighbor who is a well known agent with 40 years experience pretty much never ran his own shop or if he did he only did it for awhile. The reason? He can make more money just selling and not worry about the admin crap and the overhead, etc. No different from my wifey’s expensive hairstylist. He can easily open his own shop, but why? He makes great money, has less financial skin in the game and can take time off a lot. I suspect Mr. Chan is doing quite well just being a individual contributor/contractor and could care less about hanging a sign with his name on it.
Barbagelata is old school…Smart to be with a SF tradition. .John Barbagelata was a supervisor who lost narrowly to Moscone…Anna Barbagelata is an old friend of mine. …Good to see local firms doing well…
I think it’s only one guy from that firm doing well. Never seen anybody else’ listings from that firm.
Another inner Sunset/GGH home listed by The Machine…
He has to list this one way under because kitchen and baths are not updated at all. Basically lipstick on a pig. He sold one just like that on 18th for $1.33M some time back. Same listing price and same strategy all over again!

17 ave is bad…Portable dishwasher…pink bathroom…powerline hell blocking ok views
Another house with tunnel entrance…no thanks
First of all, why do you need to fix it and make it like any other newly remodeled home? Original character is nice. I suppose one can raise or cut the curve so that enough vertical space is available on the left wall to allow for the showerhead plumbing should one want to combine the shower and tub. In the mirror, that shower stall would be removed or could be used as a linen closet or perhaps used some other efficient way. For example, when I remodeled my home, I only had one main bathroom on the main floor and it had an air pocket/window that allowed one to climb out to the roof without using a long exterior ladder. Well, by pushing that out and moving the guest bathroom forward slightly into my long living room I was able to create a brand new master bathroom on the other side without using any space in the master bedroom. 2 bathrooms and costing only a ft really of floor space. Not too bad.
