The car owner should sue those cops and have them arrested for conspiracy.
You canât sue cops for not copping. Thatâs been established in court. You can sue them for what they do - but not for what they donât do. And naturally weâre now living with the result.
I remember pointing out that lawsuit here when it happens and how they would be unintended consequences. I honestly donât blame the police for doing less. Using their gun is a career ender no matter the situation. Thereâs no point in being in that situation unless it is to save a life. Weâre seeing the results with crime rates increasing as police do less.
They did something. They let a criminal go caught in the.act. Conspired with a known repeat offender criminal .
Chimp-out in LA.
Lol, they still arenât going to penalize the thieves. They just made it so they canât sell them for cash, so they wonât want to steal them. I bet a black market will develop, so people will still be able to sell them.
Stealing CC is a crime in CA. TX which has the second highest CC theft still couldnât figure out how to address the problem. Same like guns, weaker law states helps those thieves.
For something to actually be a crime, there needs to be prosecution for it. If not, people are free to do whatever they want. Thereâs a reason some of these justice reform DAs are being recalled. The laws didnât change. The DA prosecution of crimes did. People are fed up.
Apparently not enough.
Not Darkest before dawn moment yet.

Love the way he ducks and weaves to get in a good whack at the flailing legs. Like someone trying to kill a moving bug.
SooooâŚwhere do we buy all that loot on the cheap?
In the late 80âs I was in London. A guy on a street corner had a briefcase open displaying gold jewelry which he was selling at crazy cheap prices. He talked fast. At one point in the spiel he said âhow can I possibly sell this stuff so cheapâŚbecause itâs stolen property.â People just laughed; a few people bought pieces and after 5 minutes he slammed the briefcase shut and said âthatâs allâ and went off to presumably do the same thing on another street corner before he was caught. One of the funniest things I ever saw.
