Yes. Housing market has slowed, but contractors are still busy and high priced. Flippers are in big trouble if they are not contractors.
There is an extreme shortage of skilled labor in Tahoe yet house prices seem flat. Lots of old houses that need lots of maintenance. Can’t find plumbers or roofers.
