Verdict: Kavanaugh is not fit to be Supreme Court Judge.

Yup, and there’s the pivot. Now it’s not about him being a sex criminal, since that argument got decimated. The pivot is to how his temperament isn’t good enough. I’d love to know how calm everyone else would be if they were publicly accused of sex crimes they didn’t commit. Then you had to go sit in a public hearing that could ruin your career while the whole country watched.
The FBI has already investigated his background 6 times. Those background checks included talking to his old classmates. Who else are they going to question? The FBI investigation is a BS stall tactic. Even if the investigation came back clean, there’s no way democrats would vote to confirm him. They are voting no no matter what. They were voting no before the allegations.

Right, and 6 prior FBI background checks failed to uncover this. Also, the guy was allegedly a rapist in HS then magically stopped. Those people don’t stop unless they are caught and put in prison. If anything, they escalate over time. If you believe anyone has proved that he’s a rapist, then I hope you’re never on a jury.

Not for women. Wife can vividly recall tiny things I did wrong over thirty years ago. I don’t have any memory of those. But she has photos to prove some of them. 
You are mistaken if you think I don’t believe that he is guilty of the assaults he has been accused of. BTW I don’t expect you to change your mind as we are each processing information that we are seeing in different ways. I can write up a list of things that make Kavanaugh’s defense fishy. But it won’t convince you. E.g. you kept bringing on Senator Feinstein sitting on the accusation and it came out in yesterday’s testimony that the victim requested that it be held confidential.
Does anyone think that yesterday moved anyone that already was going to believe in a certain way? My post was to achieve two things. One was to show that people who could be moved, moved in one way - towards the victim (Ford). Both impartial organizations like the American Bar Association and conservative organizations that are driven more by logic then emotion like the Jesuit Society.
The other point I wanted to make was the same as from the other thread a few days ago - yesterday was theater. Nothing was going to change. Especially as we found out from today’s info that the Republican senate blocked the other victims from testifying. The one way to put this to bed is to have an FBI investigation that every one of the victims have welcomed but that Kavanaugh and the Senate Republicans are avoiding.
If the victims want an investigation and Kavanaugh and the Senate Republicans are doing everything in their power to avoid it. I know who I want to believe.
If The Donald is smart and want to get someone in there asap, go to Plan B candidate. Cut bait while you can…
Republicans should let it go. Trump should pick some one else.
