Well, every one of the candidates under consideration would be conservative. I say find the most conservative there is to stick it to the Democrats. Like your mother would say, sometimes just accept what I give you…

So it looks like Mueller will issue something like the Starr Report recommending impeachment. This is what the Democrats want and Trump fears.
Trump needs to pick someone else. He need not fear impeachment anyway. Two thirds of the Senators would not convict him no matter what.
I wonder what and how far back they look for in background checks? Can an FBI background check reveal alcohol/substance abuse even if no crime was recorded?
Could it be possible that Kavanaugh was so pissed drunk in high school/college that he doesn’t recall these events? He may truly believe he is innocent - but he was so evasive about straight yes/no questions about his drinking, partying, calling for an FBI inquiry, calling for Mark Judge to be cross examined etc.

@BA_lurker is one of the most impartial persons I’ve ever seen. He has way more patience than I ever will. Most of the times I see people won’t be moved by reason or evidence and move on.
