@hanera I read some articles and understood in what ways, other than games and entertainment, can metaverse (I prefer to call 3-d internet) be commercially exploited.
- one can try shoes and clothes on metaverse before making purchase.
- One can live in a metverse model home for a night before construction of real home. A friend of mine got a home custom built but he did not like the way home felt after construction. Home looked good on paper and pictures.
- Teens can learn driving in metaverse before trying a real car on road.
- 3d model of a machine or a part can be built and tested in 3-d before a sample is manufactured and put to destruction test.

Most people are already living in fantasyland. The meta verse sounds like a sanctuary for the insane.
I have a feeling metaverse can be useful for machines too. Just like in modern AI/ML infrastructure, much interactions are machine to machine. For example, a self driving car would apply brakes on seeing an obstacle without the need of human driver ( if present in the car) intervention.
Metaverse have infinite use cases. Take time to build up. Bits and pieces are already here. Need some sort of integration to have exponential increase in benefits.
Very well said. From my personal experience I can say that when a product is in market, you do not know in what ways customers will use it. Way more creatively than product was designed and documented for end use.
