There is a second list, FSLY $5.5B, ESTC $16B and BILL $28B.
MNDY would be 3rd list.
FSLY is out. They botched their opportunity. I sold it and started building the MNDY position.

MNDY has become very pricey. They ipo-ed at 200$ but now at 400$ I am balking. I can see why their stock is high though - they are executing well and their shares outstanding is low.

ABNB up BIG. Have only 150 shares, puny quantity.
Last week I was ready to buy MDB. but decided to watch. It has already jumped big. What should I do? Buy at any price? Or just let it go?
Many gurus divide buying of stocks into tranche. First buy, once you have decided. 2nd buy, 3rd buy, ā¦ work out your formula to do so. If you like MDB at a certain price, should like it more at lower price.
If you feel price is too high and could decline yet scare that it will continue to rally. Best is to short put (ATM)ā¦ you decide on the expiry date as it affects your assigned price.

Every city is putting bans and restrictions on Airbnb. Why invest in it?
This is just a short list. I know that Santa Monica South Lake Tahoe Sonoma county Carmel Paris Barcelona and many others have restrictions or bans. Many more bans will come. Local renters and voters hate Airbnb.

also they are evil. Most places you canāt get your money refunded in case your travel plans change, etc.
As a family, we are now doing hotels unless we want a home experience, but even then VRBO is a better experience for whatever reason
From the consumer perspective, either as family or singles, I think AirBnB has better offering than hotels unless you are traveling for Business. Even with this uphill battle of people complaining, I think itās here to stay.

Same can be said about RV industry too. There is a big market of people who live nomadic life style, rent a space in trailer park, park their RV and live in it. They move to another place sometime later. There is some market for everything.
Because has been minting money for me since I invested.
Pre-Covid, I use ABNB whenever going on a family vacation for more than a week. Can usually get ABNB near the centre of activities. Havenāt been on vacation since Covid.

Has abnb impacted the timeshare industry (or scam, as many call it) ?
I had heard about UPST not long after it IPOāed. But I donāt know if and why their AI is better than others. I thought are there lots of other companies using AI to automate their loan process? Whatās their special sauce? Tech? Management? Sales channels?
Would love to read some in-depth pieces on it.
