Price guesses?

$7.25M

Sold for 70k in 1972. 100x in 46 years.

I guess 6M.

5.5 tops.

5.7

Expecting a list price to drop $2M is also a sign of greed…

Adjusting my guess: 4.5

6M +/- 300k

How about $1k? I would love to buy it at that price…

Still on market.

Did you put in your $4.5M offer? Must not have being accepted since it is still on market

This will easily go over $6M. There are properties in Old Palo Alto that doesn’t even have that sized lot that went for $6.5-6.7M. But this is way out of my league, so I have no reference on $6M, $6.5M, $7M, or $7.5M.

Great location though. 1 block from Steve Job (RIP) and Larry Page homes.

New construction sold for $6.7M. Rough estimate, assuming house itself cost $1M, that 6600 sq ft lot is worth $5.7M

Another one sold for $6.5M on 9000 sq ft lot.

I am not a PA fan, never been.

I thought larry page was in menlo park. maybe not.

That said, the houses you sent are much newer.

Me too. I much prefer Los Altos and parts of Menlo Park for the price of PA. If I could do things over again, I would have chosen Los Altos as my primary years ago.
