Agree with those who have observed some softening the past 1–2 months. Have been following Burlingame and Hillsborough pretty closely. This was a good deal despite not having yard. Sat for a while, then price drop, finally sold under list.
Looks like this one did not get a new owner even after reducing price (also can check RedFin)

1773 Hull is still on market.
This price range puts its appreciation at <5% a year.
Darn. But will they take $1.8M?
wanna call the agent?
Nahh. that’s ok
I know - its not updated, traffic but still… i think its too low selling price https://www.redfin.com/CA/Redwood-City/1621-Alameda-de-las-Pulgas-94061/home/2051539?utm_source=ios_share&utm_medium=share&utm_campaign=copy_link&utm_nooverride=1&utm_content=link
Agree with you. Decent lot size, two car garage. Maybe there was sloping in the floors or the bathrooms were bad?
Whoa cheap!
Almost free…
Is it on a busy street? How bad is the street?
Its not terrible. Majority of traffic on Alameda from Stanford turning on 84 -> 280. Passing through predominantly ppl from RWC or San Carlos. I used to drive there on the evenings and was surprised how quiet it is
Third level North->South corridor.
First level: 280 and 101
Second level: El Camino Real
Third level: Alameda DLP
This is no longer listed on redfin.
A fan of these. Best neighborhood in RWC.
Looked like a nice home, but good neighborhood?
Large lot, end of street. That’s a good one.
Neighborhood is fine.
Henry Ford school. Good zone.
Maybe it’s still got fleas. Wait which one–1773 or 1751?
I think one of them got pulled from the market. the other is still on market.
