I’m waiting. Bought a year out of college. Trying to buy at least 1 place per year since.
Trying to follow in your footsteps @Elt1 !

Where do you get money to buy one home per year man?!

Cash out refi / portfolio margin.

I’m in East bay so it’s “cheaper” ish . First one was hard, 2nd was even harder , 3rd one risked everything, but over time rising tides lifting my small boats.

I have no secret sauce. I’m not doing anything special. I lived at home after college until like 30…no expensive hobbies, and just save and invest everything.

@caiguycaiguy you are a RE tycoon in then making!

All I said was I’m trying to buy 1 place per year but it doesn’t mean I’m successful at it.

But thanks!

Maybe one day I’ll make it to the big league of RBA.

amen

Didn’t have any existing rentals up for renewal, so can’t verify that rents are increasing sharply or not. However, new purchases are easily rented out.

Buy more properties.

In Covid-19 Housing Market, the Middle Class Is Getting Priced Out

Surging demand and shrinking supply combine to make home buying more difficult, as affordability worsens for many

https://archive.fo/vPHbk#selection-3909.5-3913.113

If the middle class wants housing they need to vote for their interests.
That means getting rid of Democrats tyranny, the nanny state, EPA and most government agencies. Including zoning and building departments. Eliminate restrictions on logging and tariffs on Canadian lumber. It means bringing manufacturers back home. It means self reliance and hard work. Bring back homesteading. Allow higher density. Relax subdivision laws. Sorry it won’t happen except in the metaverse

Isn’t by definition, middle class should be able to buy a house?
If can’t afford, not middle class, right?

In short, the middle class should stop being woke and stop drinking a variety of koolaid products readily available.

Selling faster than ever before :rocket:
