The nice professional couple who bought my 610 sq ft cedar shingle no-drywall-just-ply-over studs 1929 home back in 2018 sent me an e-mail; they just had their first child. You might think they’d move up; 610 sq ft isn’t much for three. But no. Among other changes they converted my woodshed into an office. Nice job.

What are you guys doing for new and renewals?

I am renewing at 5-10% higher. I don’t view as insane levels.

If vacant i.e. tenant doesn’t renewed, 15% :hugs:

New as in newly purchased? 6% yield (forgot about the sexy word for RE).
