definitely can spread, daly city rent control measure lost couple months ago, so i don’t think it will come back in 1-2 yrs. And a lot of renters are sfsu students, they don’t care no politics.

I just hope as more buyers come in into both DC and SB that the percentage of owners get that much stronger and thus can thwart any notions of rent control and such.
