They are gonna open a San Jose / Cupertino store this year. That makes sense. Cupertino is like 80% Asian. BUT I did NOT expect they are gonna open in SF.
OMG, that whole intersection is going to be a nightmare. Already if you are coming up Pine you need to be in the left lane or be stuck behind everyone wanting to go into that tiny Trader Joe’s lot… then as you cross Geary will have to switch back to the right lane to avoid being stopped by the hordes of people making that left turn to go towards the supermarket.
I already feel bad for all those Sunset homeowners one block away from Great Highway. Hopefully, just like the stupid Valencia Street bike lane that got removed maybe one day the Great Highway will return to being a roadway to and from the south.
Nah, Great Highway is gone man. Just like that ugly overpass right above Ferry Terminal. Who wants roadway next to prime water front? Make Sunset Blvd traffic flow better by coordinating traffic lights and problem solved.
Just saw the news that nutjob Barbara Lee will win Oakland mayor’s race. Game over. Oakland will never get better.

If I like Malaysia that much, I may sell the Sunset home. Any takers??? 4/3 2K square foot SFH. If you add a 3rd floor you will have 360 degrees views. Seriously. The city will 10000% grant you the permit since (a) I am at the crest of the hill, not blocking anyone’s view and (b) some people on my block already added the 3rd floor. Should be easy. just need money.
