Senior care cost

How about aupair for eldercare?

Yes. I just don’t think my wife will be importing hot Russian aupairs for me.

Whatcha talkin bout Willis? You can eat fast food everyday?

Been there, done that, fine with that.

You said she is younger than you no? That is what you get to have with m/ with a hot young russian wife. Yoy cant have your cake and eat it too.

One hot babe in the house is enough

You sound like one of my ex-coworkers…he literally ate Taco Bell everyday. At least try some KFC geez…

Taco Bell is not food. It is processed leftovers

For me it’s in n out, chick fila. Rarely mcdonalds because i miss bigmac w/ thousand island sauce. Tacobell no thanks. Qdoba>chipotle but both would do if in vincinity

KFC is the best fast food. The only one suitable for dinner

Why not in n out, aren’t you californian? East coasters come here and first thing they ask is to take them to in n out.

In an out is a snack not a meal. I prefer a Whopper

Not many burger kings around. There used to be one by the elcamino & grant. I forgot that, i should go there. Mcdonalds are more “in your face” around here.

In&out is a snack if you don’t do what i do:
2 double double, animal fry, and a drink. If you are more hungry, just throw in more fries or another burger. I remove lettuce because i like the meat not diluted with veggies.

Still curious about the red tape.

Like I said, if it were easy to do, many people would have done it already.

I mean, it’s not like they don’t exist.

http://www.paloaltocarehomes.com/index.php/los-altos-home/ converted SFR. Now i don’t know much n the difference in assisted care vs nursing home, but i guess, it’s not as hard as it seems?

From the sounds of it, I would stick to your day job. It is easier money…

Baby Boomers are your clientele. If you’re into it, it’s certainly going to be a solid business. Go for it.

I don’t think they’re just “popping up”, but certainly places are being opened. They built a “Memory care” place in Redwood City on El Camino.

On the other hand, I’ve also seen three houses that used to do elder-care go for sale. I think the transition is from houses to apartment buildings.

It does take significant $$$ to get one going though. It’s a business like any other, and you need to realize that medicare is going to try to cut costs on you. If you can find wealthy clientele to pay the balance, great.
