The article said Taylor Swift avoided those nations/ cities because of political, religious and lack of good infrastructure reasons. People from those nations ended up have to go to Singapore to watch the concerts. This results in tickets sold out very fast.
Uh, considering how religiously I post and cut articles here, don’t you think I know this already? But still, it is mostly Singaporians buying the tickets. Who else can really afford it? Malaysians? Hell no!

Singapore is a repressive hell hole that won the geographical lottery. Right at the choke point of the malacca strait and neighbors full of bloodthirsty dictatorships with no rule of law. It’s the only passing student in a class of IQ 50 idiots.
But repression comes with a price on creativity. Singapore is singularly uncreative. No cultural export of any sort. Not aware of anyone there winning big ticket science awards. Just a bunch of money crazed people eager to work for government for a stable job.
