East Oakland is big. Which part of east Oakland are you talking about?

Do you include Fruitvale in east Oakland?

Perhaps this unofficial but I consider East Oakland to be the areas east of High St and south of 580.

I lived a few years around 35th Ave and Fruithill Blvd and currently own a rental on High St. But as the area gentrifies, people are starting to use the names of smaller areas. But I like to think of it as the picture shown.
Last couple of years, I definitely been hearing more about Allendale and Maxwell Park.

I think my New Chinatown area is way big…but no time to edit now. The carve-outs are rough since I’m at work! (shhh don tell.)
