Good that I did a screen capture of the Redfin estimate back then. A month back it says 3.15M. Now magically Redfin estimate is at ooh so close to the sold price:
Redfin estimate is a scam. Just a small random number around sold price.
Yeah, it was a very nice home. 3.5 was probably even low, but it sold around the weak-time of BARE.
Much, MUCH better buy than that crazy Sunnyvale house, no?
Very much so. That sunnyvale home was an emotional buy for sure. But maybe in a year or two, it won’t matter if it keeps going up.
The Lunada house is pretty good, but a bit dark. I would open it up by making the windows bigger.
You can tell the second one hit a jack pot 
better home, newer interior, more modern, sold for less
