Will someone explain to me why Tesla’s layed off janitors can’t afford food when they are getting unemployment plus 600 dollars a week plus a 1200 to 3400 dollars from government?

El Dorado County is opening up. That means Tahoe restaurants are reopening
However, only Butte and El Dorado counties are approved to move deeper into the second reopening stage and allow restaurants to offer dining services under certain limitations.
The many requirements include providing face coverings to employees, suspending the use of shared food items like condiment bottles and salt shakers and pre-rolling utensils in napkins prior to them being used by customers. Workers should no longer pre-set dining tables and must remove dirty tablecloths after each use. Restaurants should also use disposable menus and offer them digitally.
The guidelines also included social-distancing recommendations such as asking customers to wait in their cars while waiting to be seated and installing physical partitions to encourage distances of 6 feet apart between customers and workers.
What about Placer county? Roseville should have better restaurants than Folsom and Tahoe, no?
Folsom has tech and a large immigrant population lots of good food. But it is in Sacramento county. Roseville is in Placer County. Never eaten there.
Placer county had a lot more cases than Eldorado. More BA visitors primarily in the Truckee area.
I go to a bunch of restaurants in Cameron Park, Shingle Springs and Placerville.
My favorite Thai restaurant in Cameron park has been open to regulars. But we just get food to go.
Evans restaurant in Tahoe is supposed to reopen 5/15/20.

Kinda broke right now though 
I saw someone posting about Math for upgrading 3 to Y, and because of the trade-in value, cost is surprisingly small. Couldn’t find the link right now. Yea, I opted-in to FSD.
