Tesla’s trillion dollar valuation is fast approaching

If it touches 1 Trillion before 2030, will you give me 50% of your TSLA profits?

?

Everybody make money and progress is a bad thing? Well, correct me  except Trump and mid-West auto/steel workers, (everybody else?) POTUSes and Americans won’t mind others getting rich so long they are too.

Since you insist, I have bought 1 TSLA.

Tomorrow you will have gain. You can trade it and pass the gain to me…

BTW:My guess is market will be up tomorrow - one day trick !! Again speculative guess, it may go wrong…

BTW: This is for my discussion purpose, but not a stock advice, neither financial advice, Anything you do on stock market, you are on your own.

Smoke and mirrors…

Nikola shares were up 30% and GM’s were 6% higher. Nikola shares had surged as much as 53% while GM’s jumped as much as 9.1% in the premarket trading.

2018 called and wants its arguments back.

Tesla is currently putting into production its own cell manufacturing line with novel dry electrode and tabless processes.

“Research” is far away from production-ready.

Tesla will continue to lead in both the specs improvements and (more importantly) cost reduction curves at the cell, pack, and vehicle level. The level of supply created will be much higher than anyone else is even willing to do right now, and the operational leverage to profit from it.

Progress that creating more jobs and wealth outside US. and that in turn creating competition to US Energy, Electronics, Agriculture, Ship building, Auto, Pharma, Aviation/Weopons industries.
The worse thing is by dumping this money into coastal cities make these people detached from reality. Just look at Exodus from the cities into suburbia. This is creating water losses as water has to travel many times more. California never designed for 40 million people and certainly not for big suburbia with electric poles above the ground.

It is not just limited to Tesla and Panasonic. GM/Honda/LG Chem another one.
All this wealth that is generated going to give Koreans wealthy and make them invest in other places a

DETROIT — General Motors (NYSE: GM) and LG Chem today announced plans to mass-produce battery cells for future battery-electric vehicles. Together, the companies will invest up to a total of $2.3 billion through a new, equally owned joint venture company.

Tesla should publicly dissociate from Panasonic. Give it a try.

You can’t expect other nations to be forever the sweatshop that sell things cheap to Americans who enjoy good life by paying depreciating greenback. That is only a phenomenon post WW where many nations are devastated whereas USA is completely intact. Nations would recover with or without USA help. So I won’t count that as a consequence of USA help, at best, it speeds up the recovering. Have USA choose to not trade/interact with others, it would eventually become the native America that the Europeans easily massacre.

IMHO, competition is good for everybody involved. You might lose this time, you can win next time. You might lose those industries but you get to dominate the tech industry. Life goes on and on. No one is forever the winner or loser. The ultimate consequence of competition is all get to LEVEL UP.

I am only looking at Fed money printing part that is playing big part in it that is destroying every business outside the Coastal Cities and only zombie firms from Coast thrive.
Other countries can do what ever in there interest. but Fed cannot support what is not in US interests.
If every one knows Fed is back stop the market in only those firms. The whole economic social structure will fall apart.
Politician trying to reverse it with Tax. but it is not Tax issue alone.

Now, you display your ignorance on FED and Economy…
Showing Ostensible ignorance about USA.
Showing Ostensible ignorance about SFBA.
Came to SFBA/USA for survival and continue to stay here for survival. complete hypocrisy !

Such reflections clearly point of Buyinghouse in disguise !!

Yeah, I thought the same as you. The Tesla Model 3 and the Nissan Leaf are different looking cars and at least the design will separate the customers. But I must admit, that the 160kW Nissan Engine is in the Tesla category…so there will be some customers that may be interested in both and Nissan and Tesla are going to fight for those future clients.

I am not sure why you think i am discourging people from buying house here. Social media is working over time to advertizing the quality of living in SFBA.

Musk recent visit Berlin. If Tesla has this super duper technology or US has healthy consumer market going forward… They wont be making this statement. my analysis are 100% correct.

What? European nations are defying the crime boss’s order?

it is not limited to European or Chinese. Japanese and Korea are far more sophisticated. they know how to make money out of zombie firms funded by Powell. it ensures no jobs or skilled developed here and rivals are funded globally. These things are all interconnected.

There used to be time couple of decades ago when wealthy Japanese used to play Golf on weekends in California. Atleast California environment and Real estate was good enough for them.
now the same Japanese PM dreamed of Fifa Final where Japan and Russia play. There tons of visits behind it in background and after it visits even to smallest factories.

Samsung and Hynix just announced they will stop supplying to Huawei. Now Huawei has to make phones without a CPU, without memories and storage, and without an OS.

Being a supplier to Apple is like being in hell. There is only one company that makes iPhones, that’s irreplaceable. There are literally dozens upon dozens of component firms all living off razor thin margins that mostly make commodity hardware.

Failing to understand the comparative advantages of firms and countries leads you to ridiculous conclusions. Which part is irreplaceable, which part is commodity. Figure that out first. Firms’ market value is a clue.

I stand on my analysis. no matter what public statements from time to time issued by various firms.
long term independent supply chains every country is doing. and these countries have deep pockets.

The cost of repairs are also rising. and here we are waiting for Huawei to go out of business at some future date.
