TSLA investor are reaping the benefits from passive index investors with price jump like this.

That’s right

When will @wuqijun share his gain with us?

We need Tesla topic to get @wuqijun come back to forum.

My portfolio has bloated so much over the past year because of TSLA, so I went ahead and bought my “dream home” in Palo Alto. But now I need to find a tenant to live in it

Congrats!! You should just move in

I only found out that it isn’t my real dream home after I had bought it

@manch would be jealous. So rent it to him at a low rent for a few months to reduce his envy.

@manch,

You could have hit your target has you follow @wuqijun into TSLA! Now you are far behind!

Lolz. What’s your new dream home now? Hill top with Ocean View?

Yes. Beverly Hills 90210

Knowing you, not sure you’ll enjoy the parties over there. You don’t want to raise your son in Hollywood. I think you need to get huge land in Hawaii or snatch Keith Rabois’s house with good value now that he wants to leave to SF.

Or Los Altos Hill.

For the uninitiated, @wuqijun’s household is now in the 1%er by NW!

His household is one of the 1.3M households out of ~130 million households in USA.

Old PA? Bonnie Biorn your realtor? If so, looks like a deal.

There is no 2-year period in AAPL history that appreciate faster than TSLA :face_with_symbols_over_mouth:

Bonnie Biorn is a dinosaur

NW of @wuqijun would soon cross $20M while @manch would still be struggling to hit $5M.

$1000 :+1: double today closing price.

Ha, don’t know who she is. She was on the buyers side of a transaction in Old PA with two SFH on it 10k sf lot. She got her buyer a good deal. It cost 300K more than a similar set up in Menlo Park. Not exactly the same, but close enough. Probably generates very similar rent.
