Thatâs a pretty major road connecting PA to MP. There are only a few crossings over the creek separating the 2 cities between Alma and 101.
Other than traffic, that location is close to downtown so you get shopping and dining and more. You can bike to MP downtown as well.
Yes, itâs on a very busy street. Lot isnât deep enough and Middlefield doesnât have the cachet that University presents.
So, will it sell at or below asking? You do get the separate studio space too to help with the mortgageâŚ
