I just feel my small 3/1 925 sq ft house is pretty much topping off at about 1.1M. Will it really go to 1.5M within a year or three? I doubt it…

That garage door probably costed an arm and a leg…

How much? I quickly glanced at Home Depot + Lowes website for garage doors and don’t see anything that even should make a scratch to the cost forget about dent. Even if I double the cost(highly improbable) it’s insignificant.

I wouldn’t be surprised if this one is over 10K…

Even if it’s 10K installed it’s chump change in the larger scheme of things, i.e. house sale price. I’ll be surprised if it is that high though + looks like some flipper took over after sale 3-4 months back- i.e. flippers generally have access to cheap labor+ materials
